Ordering & Personalisation

Can I personalise my order?

Yes! Personalisation is at the heart of what we do. Most of our products can be customised with short names, initials, or text. Simply enter your personalisation details in the text field on the product page before adding to cart. 

How do I know my personalisation is correct?

Please double-check all spelling and capitalisation before placing your order - personalised items are made to order and cannot be changed once production begins. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at smlbatchco@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Can I order matching outfits for the whole family?

Absolutely - that's our specialty! We offer matching tees, hoodies, sweaters, caps, and kids/baby items so the whole family can coordinate. Mix and match sizes across our range.

Sizing

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring your child or yourself and comparing to our size chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit. You can also find it here

Do you offer kids and baby sizes?

Yes! We have a range of sizes from newborn through to kids, as well as adult sizes - perfect for coordinated family looks.

Production & Shipping

How long will my order take?

As a small-batch, made-to-order brand, please allow 1-2 weeks for production before your order is dispatched. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it's on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship Australia-wide only at this stage. We hope to expand internationally in the future - watch this space!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. We offer flat-rate and free shipping thresholds - check the checkout for current rates.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a personalised item?

Because personalised items are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or we made an error. Please review your personalisation carefully before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at smlbatchco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.

How do I care for my sml batch items?

To keep your personalised pieces looking their best:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent
  • Do not tumble dry — hang or lay flat to dry
  • Do not iron directly over any printed or personalised areas
  • Do not dry clean
