As many of our items are made to order, please allow time for production before your order is shipped.
Processing Times
As our apparel is made to order, orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks.
During busy periods, including holidays, sales, and product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Shipping Delays
SML Batch is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

customs or transport disruptions

incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
If your parcel is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Additional shipping fees may apply if a parcel is returned and needs to be resent.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

Order Tracking
