Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your order from SML Batch. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at smlbatchco@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns on gift cards within 30 days of purchase where required under applicable consumer laws.

As all SML Batch apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or preference changes.

Please ensure you carefully review sizing charts, product details, and your order before purchasing.

Damages, Faults & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • your item arrives damaged
  • there is a manufacturing fault
  • you receive the wrong item
  • your order differs from the approved design or listing description

If there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

To report an issue, please email smlbatchco@gmail.com with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item

Return Conditions

Where a return is approved, items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in original condition
  • returned with original packaging where possible

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Exchanges

As items are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll help find a solution.
